3.1. Credit intermediation

In accordance with the regulations, verifications of the information provided must be carried out before the validation of the loan by an intermediary and independent company. The costs related to these verifications are solely the responsibility of the customer and vary according to the amount of the loan requested.

However, these costs are refundable as soon as your information is successfully verified. Therefore, we will return these costs to you as soon as we send you your loan.

3.2. Product offered

A mortgage loan is defined by the regulations (article L313-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code) as any credit transaction intended to finance the acquisition and construction of buildings, the acquisition of land or the completion of renovation work for an amount greater than €75,000; and/or guaranteed by a mortgage, by another comparable security on residential real estate, or by a right linked to residential real estate.

Some Ruflox agencies, duly registered with ORIAS as credit consolidation intermediary agents, can also offer you the implementation of a credit consolidation transaction, which consists of grouping together, into a single loan, one or more debts, including at least one current loan, in order to reduce the amount of the monthly payments. The reduction in the amount of the monthly payments leads to the extension of the repayment period and increases the total cost of the loan. The consolidation takes the form of:
– A consumer loan (art. L.312-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code), if the consolidated loans are all consumer loans or if the share of real estate loans does not exceed 60%.
– A real estate loan (art. L.313-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code): if the consolidated loans are all real estate loans, if the share of real estate loans exceeds 60%, or if the consolidation of loans is secured by a mortgage, another comparable security on real estate used for residential purposes or by a right linked to real estate used for residential purposes.

3.3. Withdrawal/Reflection Periods

Home loan: you have a reflection period of ten (10) calendar days from receipt of the credit offer, before being able to accept it.
Credit consolidation: If it is a consumer loan, you have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of signing the credit agreement. The provision of funds can be requested from the 8th day, without this reducing the withdrawal period. If it is a home loan, you have the reflection period specific to home loans.
If the intermediation service is offered remotely, you have a legal period of fourteen calendar days from the date of signing the intermediation agreement by the Parties, allowing you to withdraw without reason or penalty. This right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts executed in full by both parties at the express request of the customer and before the latter exercises his right of withdrawal.
